Emma Walsh - Director
I began my career in the UK, working as an Office Manager and Personal Assistant for nearly a decade. Those years taught me the importance of organisation, communication, and genuine care - the foundation of everything I do today.
In 2017, I moved to Saudi Arabia to join Aramco, gaining first hand experience of what it means to relocate abroad. I later joined NEOM, where I spent three years leading the onboarding of new employees from around the world.
After helping hundreds of people settle into new lives, I founded Ready Relocate inspired by the belief that moving to a new country should feel exciting, not overwhelming.
My mission is to ensure every client’s transition to Bahrain feels smooth, supported, and personal
Gus - Head of Home Comfort
Gus was adopted here in Bahrain and he’s been such a welcome addition, and I can’t imagine my l and life before him.
Gus is partially blind and a little bit of a handful. He’s wary of new people, needs time to adjust, and very much does things on his own terms. Living with him has given me a very real understanding of how important patience, consistency, and proper planning are when pets are involved, especially when they need a little extra care and reassurance.
Most days, Gus can be found snoozing in the sun or hovering nearby while I work, usually keeping an eye (his good one!) on things.
Gus is a reminder that feeling at home comes from being supported through change, not rushed through it.
